BETOLOC Precast Homes is a Greek construction company specialized in design and construction of precast residences.

Our company produces houses made of high resistance precast concrete – comprised of walls and slabs – which are transported and assembled on site. There are no limitations in the dimensions of the buildings and the architectural layout is mutually agreed with the owner.

Our goal is to offer a residence of extremely high quality, functional, comfortable and safe, in accordance with the aesthetic demands of the people who will live in it. Our principle is respect and excellent cooperation with the owner of the house.

Our equipment and experienced scientific and technical staff ensure the construction quality of our products, certified by ISO 9001/2008. Our privately owned facilities are located in the industrial zone of Aspropyrgos.
